Sales tax is included in all our art work. The actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated together with the final total price by RRgallery.


Shipping Information and Delivery

You may enjoy our  FREE SHIPPING in all of our site.
Delivery via standard shipping only United State territory, in about 3 to 7 working days.
Make sure that your shipping information is correct.
If you purchase one or more paintings, the pack will shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.

Refund Policy

RRgallery is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art products. When you receive an original artwork, we’ll give you thirty  (30) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. 30-Day money-back guarantee is NOT applicable to the a final SALE art, or on commission paintings.

Original Artwork Return Policy

Please carefully read our Original Artwork Return Policy!

From the time you receive your original artwork, you have thirty (30) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.  

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with RRgallery that the work will be returned, and a 9 days for damaged returns.

  1. Thirty (30) days to contact us about your intent to return the work
  2. Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact RRgallery.
  3. Nine (9) days for damaged returns.

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 30 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.


1 – Within seven (30) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 424-261-5152 between the hours of 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday  or email to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. Send the artwork back safely to RRgallery.

– You must Email to complete the return process.

Once the piece safely reaches the RRgallery, the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
Customer are responsible for shipping cost to  return the art to RRgallery.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

1 – Within nine (9) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 424-261-5152 between the hours of 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday or email to give us your order information.

2 – Save original packaging!
3 – An RRgallery support representative will contact you to discuss next steps.
