Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of all of our customers. Once you have received the original artwork, we’ll give you thirty  (30) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep the artwork or return it for a refund.  The 30-Day money-back guarantee is NOT applicable to the a final SALE art, or on commission paintings.

Original Artwork Return Policy

Please carefully read our Original Artwork Return Policy!

From the time you receive your original artwork, you have thirty (30) days to decide whether to keep the work, or return it in its original condition for a refund.  

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirmation that the work will be returned, and a nine (9) days for damaged returns.

  1. Thirty (30) days to contact us about your intent to return the work.
  2. Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must contact us first.
  3. Nine (9) days for damaged returns.

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 30 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

  1. Within seven (30) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 424-261-5152 between the hours of 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday  or email, to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
  2. Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. Send the artwork back safely to Rebeca Roman.
  3. You must Email first to complete the return process.
  4. Once the piece safely reaches Rebeca Roman, the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
  5. Customers are responsible for shipping cost to  return the art to Rebeca Roman.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

1 – Within nine (9) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 424-261-5152 between the hours of 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday or email, to give us your order information.

2 – Save original packaging!
3 – A representative of Rebeca Roman will contact you to discuss next steps.
